Acholi (plural Acholis or Acholi)
(often in the plural) A member of people in northern Uganda and southern Sudan.
Acholi
A Nilo-Saharan language spoken primarily by this people, in the districts of Gulu, Kitgum and Pader, a region known as Acholiland in northern Uganda.
