ITRs
Examples
The semiconductor industry maintains a "roadmap", the ITRS, citation which sets the pace for MOSFET development.
The threshold voltage is around 0.45 V. Nanowire MOSFETs lie toward the end of the ITRS road map for scaling devices below 10 nm gate lengths.
This process, and the expected progress over the next few years, is described by the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS).
The ITRs go back to the earliest days of the ITU when there were two separate treaties, dealing with telegraph and telephone.
The ITRs were adopted, as a single treaty, at the World Administrative Telegraphy and Telephone Conference held in Melbourne, 1988 (WATTC-88).
ITRS combines its strengths with those of its technology providers to complement our software´s core capabilities and functionalities.
