A form of dumpling, from the Levant, made of spiced lamb and bulgur wheat.
It consists of raw (or rare) beef mince marinated in mitmita (Ge'ez: ሚጥሚጣ mīṭmīṭā a very spicy chili powder similar to the berbere) and niter kibbeh. Source: Internet
