North East Lincolnshire
A unitary authority in Lincolnshire, England, formed in 1996 from the boroughs of Great Grimsby and Cleethorpes on the abolition of the county of Humberside, with its headquarters in Grimsby. It is not administered as part of the county of Lincolnshire.
